Hey, I think Fractal made it for the occasion, as for its name when I look in the game files it’s called “IStepedOnAPuddleOhNo.wav”

Good luck! Try shaking your mouse a bit to avoid it getting full quickly
Basically the goal is to wait as much as you can before it goes all the way up If it goes all the way down you loose your progress
